If you are looking for a website to host learning and teaching activities such as portfolios, blogs, or wikis, you may want to use Learning Spaces. This is from CampusPress, the educational version of WordPress. Use this area to learn more about this tool, request a site, and get some basics on setting up and using your new site!

My Dundee is our virtual learning environment (VLE). Based on Blackboard Learn, it provides online areas for all your modules, including learning content, activities, assessment, as well as organisations for discipline and school information.

Panopto is our new video platform that will replace YuJa in April 2024. Look out for communications about this exciting new tool that will support the recording, management and sharing of rich video media for staff and students. It will be available as a stand-alone tool and integrated into My Dundee.

Collaborate is our dedicated virtual classroom environment for delivering live, online teaching sessions. You can schedule sessions, create on-demand module rooms, create breakout spaces and more, all from inside your existing My Dundee Module space.

YuJa provides staff and students with a flexible set of tools to capture, edit, distribute, and manage video content both within and/or outside of your My Dundee module.

Ally is Blackboard's tool to help instructors deliver more accessible content and allow students to download content in a format that suits their needs.

Padlet is a digital canvas to create beautiful projects that are easy to share and use collaboratively. You can take an empty page and put whatever you would like on it.

Create interactive presentations and lessons wherever you are. Get real-time input from remote teams ad online users with live polls, quizzes, word clouds and more.

In the summer of 2020, CTIL ran an informational series on how to use the then-new Ultra interface. Over the summer of 2022, we have updated these videos to include changes in the interface, and some lessons learned over how to best use the technology to suit your needs.
