Difficulties connecting to Collaborate.

Blackboard have confirmed that there was a server issue 19/10/2020 in the morning that prevented users from access Collaborate. This has now been resolved. (20/10/2020)

Users have reported that the link to Collaborate is missing in some modules.
Blackboard are aware of this, and are working on it. We will update as soon as we have further information, and you can also keep track of the issue on their Status page.
[N.B. Blackboards message, at the time of this post, refers to the error message that some users are getting. This is the same issue as we have with the link not being visible at all]
