Resolved: My Dundee service incident on 03/12/24

Update 03/12/24 12:05pm: Blackboard have deployed a fix, monitored the system performance and confirmed that clients are operating normally. This incident has been now been resolved.

Blackboard (My Dundee) has reported a global incident on 03 December 2024 – Blackboard API/Blackboard LTI service is currently unavailable.

This is likely to affect access (through My Dundee) to connected services such as Turnitin and Panopto. During this time you may also experience intermittent slowness when accessing the service resulting in errors including when logging in, submitting and accessing reports.
