Mysterious appearance of Blackboard Assist

Some users reported seeing a new tool called Blackboard Assist appearing in My Dundee since yesterday. This was caused by a technical glitch and the service has been switched off again while we report this to Blackboard.

The Assist tool will be coming to My Dundee in the future, providing users a catalogue of services in the University.
