Important Notice: My Dundee- Blackboard Announcement Email Issue

We are aware of an incident on My Dundee where users have been receiving announcements via email since this morning. We suspect that these emails are due to both the ’email announcement’ and ‘schedule announcement’ options being selected, causing historical announcements to be processed retroactively.

This is impacting Blackboard users across UK Universities. We appreciate your patience as we work with Blackboard to resolve this issue. No action is required from users at this time.

The announcements will not be available on My Dundee until this issue is resolved
