29/04/22 at 12:21 BST – Turnitin have resolved the issue and we can confirm that service is restored. The issue appears to have occurred between 10:04 and 11:34 BST. Users were able to access Turnitin from approximately 10:45 BST, but there were still service issues including delays for generating similarity reports at that time.
This morning we had reports of users unable to access Turnitin for a brief window of time and significant service degradation after that.
They are currently reporting degraded service including delays in generating similarity reports. You can check their status page here for any details and updates.
