Turnitin Issues – Resolved!
Update 12:40 BST: This issue has now been completely resolved. Turnitin have confirmed that the issue occurred between 09:14 – 12:20 BST.
Update – 11:35 BST
Turnitin is now accessible so students will be able to submit work and staff will be able to review and add marks and feedback.
Turnitin are managing a backlog of work, so there still may be some slowness in service. Their status update page warns that similarity report generation will be delayed.
If you had any issues during this time, please contact your module lead or school office and direct them to this post for confirmation of the issue times.
At 9:20 BST, it came to our attention that Turnitin currently cannot be accessed through My Dundee. If you try to open a submission point, you will see an error message that says:
“Sorry, we could not process your request.
Internal system error – Invalid response from signing service. If this continues please contact support.”
We have contacted Turnitin about this issue and will update this blog post when we have any further details.

After login, I can’t find anything on the page.
