Online Exams – Student Drop-in Sessions

If you’re going to be sitting essay-based online exams, you’ll be using ExamOnline.

Athough ExamOnline is simple to use, it’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with the software before your exam. Knowing what to expect means that you can get off to a confident start on exam day.

Drop in sessions will cover

• how to get logged in
• how to enter and format your answers
• how to include hand-drawn diagrams/images/charts etc.
• how to adjust the display
• how to submit your answers

If it’s relevant to you, you can also have a look at Questionmark, the software that’s used for multiple choice exams.

Drop in sessions will take place on the following dates.

Monday 20th November 1.30 pm -4.30 pm, Tower Basement IT Suite E

Wednesday 29th November 1.30 pm-4.30 pm, Tower Basement IT Suite E

Sessions will run on the hour and the half hour e.g. 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm etc. and will last for approx. 20 minutes. There’s no need to book; just come along at a time that suits you.
