Access to QMOD
If you require a Questionmark OnDemand (QMOD) account in order to create questions and assessments, please email the Assessment team. You will also need to be allocated permissions to existing topic folders (organised by module code), or new topic folders created if they don’t already exist. When contacting the team to request a new account, please provide a list of module codes you require access to.
A QMOD account will be created for you and you should receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org which will provide you with your QMOD username. You will then receive an email directly from Questionmark with a temporary password (please check your junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox after a few minutes).
Once you have received your account details, you should visit our QMOD site and log in with the username and temporary password you have been sent. Follow the on-screen instructions to immediately change your password.
- If you don’t receive an e-mail from Questionmark to your inbox with your temporary password, please check your junk folder.
- Don’t click on Log in with my organization credentials as this has not been activated yet (we hope to introduce this soon).
- If you already have a QMOD account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Request new password tab on the QMOD login page.
Register for QMOD Support pages
- Questionmark have a large amount of support documents and videos. You will need to register separately for a Questionmark Communities account in order to get access to them.
See our guide on what to consider before starting to create questions.
