Organisation request
Please complete an Organisation Request form with all of the required information. On completion, a ticket will be created in Help4U and your request will be actioned by a member of the CTIL team. If we have any queries regarding the creation of the requested organisation, we will contact the person(s) named in the form.
Please note, all new organisations will be created as Ultra organisations.
