With teaching already underway for some and Welcome Week starting shortly, we’ve pulled together some of the key resources you may need start off on the right foot with My Dundee and other areas of our digital campus.
Are You or Your Students new to the University of Dundee?
If so, get off to a great start with the Getting Started with IT resource. This will cover the most common starting tasks with brief guides and links to more detailed instructions. You can also share this link with new students to help them navigate our digital campus.
Get up to Speed with Our 101 Guides & Knowledge Base
We are pleased to announce our newly updated series of videos and guides are now available! Here you’ll find an introduction to My Dundee and connected digital education platforms, including information on creating and copying content, making your content accessible, and even how to record audio and video in your PowerPoint presentations and upload them to your YuJa channel. We also have an extensive knowledge base covering the full range of our digital education services.

Lecture Capture is a new service being launched this year so it’s important to learn about and try out the workflow before you start teaching. Check out the following information and guides to get up to speed.
Running Questionmark Assessments This Semester?
Are you going to use Questionmark assessment this term? Remember to complete the request form linked to on our Overview of the Questionmark Assessment Process guide at least two weeks prior to the date of the assessment.

Discover the Range of Services Offered by the Library
Check out the new resource from the LLC & CI – Kanopy. This is an online streaming service for films and documentaries. You can access Kanopy from any device, including iOS and Android.
